FAQ

What every traveller asks before coming to Morocco. If you can't find your answer, message us on WhatsApp.

How do I book a trip?

We'll send you all the information by email or WhatsApp, including the itinerary, availability, prices and trip details. Once you pick the package that fits you best, an advance deposit is required to confirm your booking.

How much is the deposit?

Group trips

The deposit ranges from €100 to €400 per person, depending on the package.

Private trips

A 50 % advance payment of the total trip price is required to confirm the booking.

How and when do I pay the balance?

Group trips

The balance is paid on arrival in Morocco, either in cash or by card.

Private trips

Payment conditions may vary depending on the package. We'll share all the details before confirming your booking.

Can I cancel or change the date of my trip?

Group trips

Deposits are non-refundable. However, you can change the date of your trip without penalty if you let us know at least 7 days in advance. This option is only available for certain dates and departures.

Private trips

Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 20 days in advance. Note that some hotels and suppliers apply non-refundable cancellation policies, so date changes may generate additional costs.

Can I add extra nights before or after the trip?

Yes. Let us know the extra nights at booking. They're not charged online — you pay them on arrival in Morocco together with the rest of the trip.

Do I need a visa to travel to Morocco?

Most passports (Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, USA, UK, EU, etc.) don't need a visa for tourist stays up to 90 days. Verify with your consulate.

If your passport does require a visa, you can apply for the official Morocco e-visa online.

Is Morocco safe to travel?

Yes. Morocco is considered one of the safest destinations in North Africa and welcomes millions of visitors every year. The main tourist areas have excellent infrastructure for travellers and high levels of safety.

As with any tourist destination, we recommend keeping the usual precautions with your belongings and following our guides' instructions to enjoy a calm and safe experience.

Is it safe for women travelling alone?

Yes, it is completely safe. In fact, we welcome many solo women travellers every year.

On our group trips you'll be accompanied by other travellers, making it easy to make new friends and share the experience with people from different countries. Our Spanish-speaking guides will always look after the group and be available to help you at any time.

Our team will also be available throughout the trip to give you support and assistance whenever you need it.

Is travel insurance included?

No. Every traveller is responsible for their own travel insurance with proper medical coverage for Morocco. We strongly recommend it.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

You don't have to worry.

Before your arrival you share your flight details with us, and our team tracks them in real time to monitor any delays or schedule changes.

If your flight is delayed, we'll adapt your airport pickup so you can start your trip with complete peace of mind. Our team will be informed of your new arrival time and ready to welcome you.

What weather will I find?

Depends on the date. Marrakech ranges from 15-22 °C in winter to 35-42 °C in summer. The desert gets cold at night all year round. We include the weather estimate in your confirmation email.

What clothes should I bring?

You can dress however you feel most comfortable. Morocco is very used to international tourism and there is no mandatory dress code for travellers.

We recommend bringing comfortable, light clothing for the day, as well as a jacket or coat for the evenings, especially if you visit the desert or travel during the cooler months. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable throughout the experience.

How much luggage can I bring?

You can travel with any suitcase size you prefer. Your luggage will stay with you throughout the route and accommodations.

For trips up to 6 days, we recommend bringing only a cabin-size suitcase and a backpack for comfort.

For longer trips, you can bring a suitcase of any size with no issue.

Do I need Moroccan dirhams?

Not really. You can bring euros (we accept them for the balance) and withdraw dirhams from local ATMs for personal spending. A small amount of EUR is enough to start.

How much cash do you recommend bringing?

The amount will depend on your spending habits and the purchases you'd like to make during the trip.

As a reference, we recommend bringing between €200 and €300 per person for personal expenses, meals not included, tips, souvenirs or purchases along the way.

You'll also find ATMs in most of the main cities.

Can I drink tap water?

To avoid any stomach discomfort during the trip, we recommend always drinking bottled water.

Bottled water is inexpensive and easily found in hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and local shops throughout the country.

Can I bring medications?

Yes, you can travel with your personal medications with no problem.

If you use specific or frequent medication, we recommend keeping it with you throughout the trip and, if possible, carrying it in its original packaging.

Is there internet during the transfers?

Internet coverage may vary depending on the area of the route, especially in desert or mountain regions.

To stay connected throughout the trip, we recommend purchasing an eSIM before your arrival in Morocco.

Can I do the trip privately, without sharing with other travellers?

Yes. We offer private trips from 2 people. If you're only travelling with your group, contact us and we'll prepare a tailor-made proposal.

Are the trips suitable for kids?

Yes. We offer family trips with connecting rooms, kids' activities and an adapted pace. Tell us the ages at booking.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

No problem. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, allergies — write it in the "Notes or requests" field when booking and we'll let the camp team and restaurants know.
